This is a new dress design for 2008. The fabric is taffeta and has embroidery swirls on in self colour and in white.

The halter neck bodice is fitted in an empire line style, just under the bust. The skirt has the remainder of 10m of fabric in it so it remains very draped over the body. I've also given the skirt a long train to add a bit of drama, which can be daintly held with out exposing any leg for dancing!
