This is a new design for 2008. The fabric is a heavy satin for the main dress with an organza over skirt that has been crinkled using devouré.

The bodice is empire line. This seam line curves gently round to the lower back which is then laced. There are five devouré panels which are attached separately to the empire line seam and drape over the main skirt. As you can see these catch the light beautifully and soften the dress.
