This is a new dress design for 2008. I've used a cream taffeta under organza which is a fairly crisp fabric and then permanenty crinkled them to give lots of volume.

This is really pretty dress and it suits Emmas hair and skin colour, but it could equally be made in the traditional colours or other bold colour combinations.

The skirt is worn here with a crinolin petticoat but could actually still be very beautiful with out a petti due to the volume of the fabric.
